Design and Development

We partner with our customers at the very early stage of the supply chain process. At the design and product development stage, we collaborate with our customers to engineer products to provide the best value and the right products to the consumers.

The partnership shortens the the overall product development cycle. We have facilities such as the graphics studio, fabric library, print, washing, embroidery and sample shops, technical, fabric and accessories testing centers to help customers transform concepts into a real apparel piece ready for bulk production.

We have full time graphic design team rendering customers' sketches into workable series of designs. Our graphics studio is linked to our sales offices globally, a setup that allows quick response and decision making.

Materials Management

Increasingly closer partnership with materials suppliers, particularly fabric suppliers, is an important aspect of our materials management service offering. We believe that by offering our customers with this service, we can help them to obtain the desired quality at a price within their production budgets. Efficiency in materials procurement helps our customers reduce their total costs, minimize errors and allow shipments to be delivered on a timely basis.

Production

At the core of our design to store business model is production. To improve efficiency and allow us to fulfill our customers' order on time and within budget, we implemented lean manufacturing principles by reducing waste, work-in-progress and manufacturing lead-time in operations. The lean concept was introduced by putting in place a new modular manufacturing system under which production lines are rearranged from a traditional linear layout to a set of "modules." These modules allow rapid changes in the type of tasks handled by individual workstations.

Logistics

We provide different logistics solutions unique to the needs of each customer. This allows efficiency in terms of lead time and costs. Our global network which allows a seamless distribution flow in the supply chain process.

Our solutions allow better management of the packing, tracking and delivery of finished goods and related logistics activities.
"scan and pack" system which enables scanning and printing of electronic universal product codes to ensure correct packing of finished garments within a carton and correct shipment, and the Document Track, management system which enables a distribution center and warehouse to receive and use electronic documents to reserve locations and resources for incoming goods until their shipment date.

Our quality assurance team spans all over Asia , conducting on-site visits to ensure all products meet the quality standards and on-time deliveries specified by customers. Stringent monitoring services include pre-production review and inspection of raw materials, in-line audits and final audits.

Tradetextiles.com operates under the AQL System for all Textiles and Apparel. This ensures that production orders meet and exceed the highest quality standards in the industry.

Our Global Operating Network is a web-based critical path management system linking up all the Tradetextiles.com sourcing offices together with our customers and all the parties of the supply chain. This system enables theTradetextiles.com staff to conduct product development, order placement and order tracking functions and seamlessly exchange documents with our customers.

Access to LOGON is simple. All our customers are issued a user ID and password and through any web browser they can view the latest updated information on their orders.

Tradetextiles.com trim division, TT Packaging , works closely with our customers in the design, development and production of hang-tags, patches, buttons, poly-bags and packaging. By having this service provided, we believe that we can help control the timely delivery of trims to factories ensuring that apparel.

TradeInspections


At TradeTextiles.com social compliance is a daily practice not a theory. We set up a division called TradeInpections which is totally autonomous from our QA Department. It conducts social compliance evaluations and provides monitoring services on all production facilities where our customers' orders are placed.

The TradeInpections staff work under the philosophy of remediation not termination. They work closely with factories to ensure that the necessary systems and procedures are set up so that products are manufactured under the highest legal and ethical standards.
